Downtown Medical Clinic

Came in to ask for a specialized referral. Doctor said he is able to give it to me and wrote it up. I called the place who they referred me to a week later and they said they didn’t receive it. So I called this walk in back and asked a)if they sent it b) if they were authorized to send a referral. The receptionist affirmed both. I find out from the place I’m trying to get into that they aren’t qualified to give that referral. Wasted my time. Receptionist wearing mask below mouth, not safe.

Very rude set of staff at the front desk.The Clinic supervisor Gwen is worst very rude woman.I wonder how she talks to vulnerable patients.Imagine a clinic supervisor telling a patient that she has no time for all the history.I need to know her level of education.She will use her rudeness to crumble Doctor Atheer,s buisness.She has no people's skills and no empathy for clients.I will never go back to the Down Town Medical clinic Please if you ever need to talk to a supervisor ask for KELLY

Most arrogant Doctor l have ever met. Brought a referral and medications in and the doctor refused to look at. This place has changed for the worse.

This is the worst medical clinic that I ever been. Desk staff is so unprofessional and rude, schedules is always overbook so you can expect 2 hours delay sometimes more. This is Ridiculous. They just waste people time and you never will hear sorry. I will never come back thee again. I give them few changes but I was there about 15 times and every time is worse.

They seriously need to fire their front desk staff

Told by a doctor that I likely had an autoimmune disease. When I went to the clinic for my specialist appointment, I was told the doctor wasn't there yet, but he would be there soon. While the front desk staff sat texting on their phones, I waited an hour. I asked again and was told they had no idea what was going on. I asked if I could get a call when/if the doctor came in. No call came. Left a message to rebook, never heard back. Unacceptable. There is a reason it's easy to get an appt.

Very unprofession...

Very unprofessional desk staff who are too full of themselves and RUDE. I have never been attended to on time as per my appointment. The wait times are ridiculous to say the least. Be prepared to wait for an hour or more. They just don't care but overbook patients. Very disorganised. Even when booking over the phone it's a nightmare. Very poor service at the medical clinic.

I found the front desk staff to be very unprofessional as well, almost rude at times. They seemed more concerned with having conversations amongst themselves then helping or acknowledging the patients. On a positive note the wait times didn't seem that long but that would be b/c the Dr. who was working while I was there just pushes patients through. I was asked a few questions, didn't really examine me & wrote me a prescription. Which was spelled wrong! The pharmacist commented on the spelling of the medication when filling it. I feel as physician if you are unsure, stay informed & look it up. There are computers in every room.

excellent Drs. and the front desk staff are well informed and helpfull. No matter where you go there is a wait to see a Dr.

They are always running late and wasting peoples' time! There is a certain level of incompetence that goes with being an hour behind.
