I am a regular client at your shop and also a rewards member; in the past few weeks i have almost shopped 15 times and the Associate works there named Jean knows i am member but she never asked me for my rewards # which has led me in losing reward points and upon asking how is she going to fix it she just ignored jokingly which is a terrible customer service everytime she sees me she asks me for a business but she never asks for my rewards number not going to shop until management fix this issue
