Took our sisters nice young heffer to be butchered for our family and it turned out to be the worst meat I have ever had. We had the meat from the other half of the heffer our brother had and it was not the same meat. This butcher takes good quality meat from their customers and exchanges it for an old cow. Then sells it themselves for a high price. We are not the only ones that have had this issue. Friends of ours had this issue as well. Shame on you H&M.
