Kal Tire

Would not recommend this shop to anyone. I ordered winter tires online but I was charged a higher price at the shop after they installed them. I noticed the difference once I left the shop and I reviewed my records and thought it was not worth the fight back then. Today I came in for the tire swap appointment and got the worst customer service ever with employees lying to my face and changing their story 2 times. My conclusion is - lazy and dishonest employees.

Always helpful and respectful, would get a 5 star but there is always room for improvement.

theses people are always helpful and always know the answer to my questions, they are polite and i never have to wait to long for any service i require from them. i would recommend them to all my friends.. thank you for your friendly and quality service....
