Took my car in for very noisy brakes. He put my car right in the bay, took off wheels and showed me the broken brakes and shoes before removing them. I was surprised my brakes even worked. I am so grateful.

Pathetic. I paid him 250 bucks to missdiagnose my 6.0 ford. I had it towed in and towed out of there to a mechanic. Butchs said my hp pump was the problem but it is still in the truck 50 thousand kilometres later.

They built and exhaust system for my VW. Couldn't be happier. Sounds amazing and the work was exceptional. They guy behind the counter was very professional and polite too. Would definitely recommend Butch's to my family and friends.

My son's vehicle ...

My son's vehicle broke down on the way from Kelowna to Vancouver. Charged him $1200 for a 3 hour fuel pump replacement on a 1999 GMC Jimmy. Unfortunately my son paid the bill without calling me. I feel like they took advantage of him. A fuel pump costs $182.70....
