BMO Bank of Montreal Coquitlam Town Centre

There is always a huge line-up and only two customer service reps. They do not return any calls, so in short the worst BMO branch I have ever been to.

Recently opened an account with BMO Extremely satisfied, I’ve done banking with most of the big banks , but by far the costumer service I’ve received at bmo cannot be matched Thank you so much definitely recommend this specific branch thanks to the all the staff you’ve all been so helpful, attentive and polite.

In the 12 years I have been a client, they haven't changed a thing to the interior. Besides the inconvenient pay parking, the lack of bank tellers always result in long wait times. They have no phone app. We are closing our account today and switching to a more relaxing Scotiabank location inside the Coquitlam centre.
