The worst customer service at parts, the lack of communication,care and customer service was very disappointing. I had been waiting for a seat cover for over 3 weeks and I had not received a phone call I had to be the one to call and see if it was in. I do not recommend this place when I went in the "new" manager didn't seem to care and just pointed the finger to blame. He wouldn't even refund me my product. He was very rude and unhelpful not a good impression or experience. Very dissatisfied

I had my 2011 VW golf TDI for TDI recall in September 2018. Check Engine came up few days after recall done, I had it there for service again and again and agin, they have charged me for fuse box replacement which was mis-diagnostic. they replaced main harness under warranty and boom, engine didnt start,

I just bought a new 2018 Tiguan this Monday, 2nd car from the same location, and got some loyalty deals from Farhad, who is a nice guy, to explain details/tricks that most dealers wont tell u about. A great service. Thank you

Charged me fee after fee but couldn't diagnose car problem.

really sucks. Terrible experience. I will never go there again. Especially Farhad who always has bullshit explanation for any problem I found after purchase. Hide lots of flaws. He said they will contact me about fixing the big scratch but never phoned me and even only fueled the car with little gas when I was given the car!! Too many complaints about this salesperson and manager. I was going to ask my friend to buy car there. But it will never happen!

Never ever buy anything here! I have horrible experience with purchase a brand new vehicle here. Our excitement of owning a brand new vehicle has been taken away from us by REGENCY VW.
