Alps Moving & Delivery

Arrived late, brought a smaller truck and lied when asked the length. Packed it full had to make 2 trips. On the way both ties popped arriving late. Had to deliver the rest another day. Impromptu expensive hotel. Arrived with damaged piano bench and missing piano pedals to my piano!!! Never any apology. Unable to carry piano upstairs and had to come back with my broken piano pedals and asked for more money from me. Had to pay another company to move piano from lobby. Denied damages and repair

The staff is very cooperative and their moving & delivery charges are very reasonable and less compared to other moving companies. I would love to use their service again.
