Great store located in a great mall! Loved the fashions and the brands they carry. It was nice to see many made in Canada brands and great jeans!

Never shop on the”New” website. You will have to fight to get a credit note. What a dictatorship! Lost me too.

My mother and I went to exchange a blouse today at the Mission Park Mall location in Kelowna. The two ladies running the store were extremely rude and unhelpful. When we were unable to find any item in my size, they suggested we point out any piece I might like and that they would check online for it. I pointed out numerous pieces only to be told EACH PIECE was “sold out for sure” or “doesn’t come in a size small.” The store refused to issue us a store credit to spend at a later time on my size.

Lost my business

After having gone thru a very bad experience with a sales person named Elsie with regards to a sale item exchange; I will never shop at this store again. Elsie made the decision to not bend the policy of the store and so lost a very valuable customer and much good will.

Awful clothing

These clothes are incredibly ugly. I have never been in a store with uglier women's clothing. Wow.
