Fantastic! One of my customers came to Salmon Arm to get married, some of the guys accessories were not with the rest of the suits. Edmonton store didn't make arrangements for them to arrive for the wedding, leaving it to late to make it in time. After explaining the situation, Amanda from the Kelowna store, took ownership (for a error that wasn't hers), and arranged to ship the items to me so that our customer would have their completed suits for the wedding the next day!
