Acura Of Langley

Purchased an Acura this summer. Had a horrible experience with the Sales Manager. Multiple problems with a brand new vehicle and this was to me a simple matter. Sales Manager Alex was rude, arrogant and to be honest over his head. Old style Curber. Why wont Acura deal with a Problem Manager?

Avoid the rip off artists at this dealership. We negotiated a car price via email....the details were very clear. Went in and did the paperwork and realized after getting home that sales agent Amanda Sun had changed the agreed to pricing. Called back and spoke to Alex the sales manager, and he said sorry I see what was agreed to, but that price is below our cost so I cant honour it (even though he was the one that approved it a day prior). Avoid these guys at all costs!

Sales manager and his staff are very rude and make false promises.

Service department is under staffed and as a result very poor service I dread going there for any help
