Horrible service. Booked a detail using Costco gift certificates and they did not detail vehicle, did a horrible and messy cut polish then refused the gift certificates . Then they became aggressive and started insulting me. Not the experience I expected. GO ELSEWHERE
Brought in a used 2007 Audi that I had bought recently - it had been neglected over the years. They suggested the Gold Package to help bring the car back to life...all I can say is WOW !! What an amazing transformation - they touched every area of the car and took care of some rather difficult paint chips..can't say enough about the Job they did..it brought more value to the car. First time trying Phase II and they did an amazing job. The facility is clean, welcoming, and comfortable. I really was made to feel at home. The owner and his staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I absolutely loved it and will be going back again to get my husbands car detailed. I will be recommending them to my friends and family.
As soon as I spoke to Tevon I knew I found the best place to look after my new 2017 Tacoma! Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, and top of the line professional. Phase ii is clean, inviting and has a wonderful lounge for those who wait and watch their vehicle get babied. My truck is protected and has a beautiful shine to it now. I added the Diamond windshield protection and still haven't turned on the window wipers yet; and this is B.C.!!! Thank you so much. I will see you all regularly!
Amazing job done by Phase ll! We had a bout of the flu in the car and Phase ll got the smell and the mess out of my car. When I picked it up it looked like new!! Greatly appreciated. The group of people there are personable and professional. Highly recommend there services.
I have been so satisfied with the service and quality of work from Phase II. My car smell so good! Everything was perfectly clean! They even clean my boy's car seat and this one came back as new! I feel so grateful for having such a nice experience with Phase II. The owners were so friendly and welcoming that I felt home as I would have been with my family. I cannot thank you enough for the incredible service on my minivan. I felt like a completely new individual today as I drove my boys to school. We spend so much time in this vehicle, and it was overwhelmingly messy! I just didn't have the time, with an 8, 5 and 7 month old to try and clean it, let alone the energy. I am totally making this an every 6 month habit!
I took my vehicle in to have it fully detailed. I thought I would try them instead of where I went before. I'm very glad I did. The service was outstanding and quality of work was excellent! Phase II is very meticulous. They cleaned every speck of dirt from my car and put a shine on my paint that could blind the sun. They performed high quality work and I would recommend Phase II Detailing services to anyone who cares about the condition and appearance of their car.
