This is my "Go To" grocery store. This is a great grocery store! Always stocked shelves and helpful staff. I have found the floral and deli departments to always be helpful and efficient. It is true, you must always phone the local store when sending flowers. I frequently send flowers long distance via Safeway, but always phone the local store during local business hours.
This store is filthy” some staff really aren’t any help”( GREAT DAYS OF SERVICE ARE OVER) if senior managers would go and do a Secret walk through’They would definitely see the holes” STORE IS IN ROUGH STATE” go elsewhere
Tried to place order for flowers started with 800 number only to be told it is only operational Mon to Fri. Tried long distance number no answers in floral dept nor customer service. By this lack of service you have cut staff too much or you are making too much money to care about customer service.
