I normally do not give reviews, good or bad, but this experience warrants one. Earlier this month, I made a 10am appointment to change my oil (which I purchased on my own, since it was synthetic, and I did not want them to have to order it). I arrive and I am told that it will take about an hour to fix my car. I come back after an hour and a half, and ask what is the timeline. The agent at the front tells me that she is not sure if they have started on my car and the person that is supposed to

I've been here twice now & been very happy with the service! Unlike my other truck repair shop : / Its not often a person spends money on fixing a vehicle & walks away happy. The staff here are friendly & genuinely honest. Their not trying to sell you anything extra. I can see why they have a such good reviews on other review sites. I will be back for sure! Kind of glad my old car broke down once & was towed here! Thanks Hyack Tire!!!

These guys are good

Hyack Tire has looked after me and my car for over 10 years. Last fall I was considering buying some winter tires. I asked Brian for advice, what tires should I get? He knows my car and my driving needs; he looked at my tires and said they will last another season. As usual, the guys at Hyack do not try to sell me products or services I do not need. Thanks
