I am not a regular customer. I dropped I. To see if they could help me with a car problem. They assisted me immediately, with care and kindness and when they couldn’t fix the problem themselves, referred me to someone who They thought could. They also would not let me pay for their time to take a good look. I dealt with Peter. He was solid and I am very grateful and impressed with their customer service.

Had all 5 of our service vehicles through here. All taken care of efficiently, major maintenance and safety concerns all taken care of. maintenance plan for everything set up too. saved us a bunch of money on tires too!

Finally a mechanic shop I can trust. They are very friendly, accommodating, and give you service with a smile. Especially that Carl guy. I recommend this place all the time. I haven't left disappointed and always feel like I've been treated fairly. They definitely know their stuff.

Really saved me!

I'm an out of towner, Towed in by BCAA and I expected to be taken... What I found was a friendly garage that go my radiator replaced and me back on the road the same day. My boyfriend told me later that it was a fair price and that being from the island most places would have overcharged knowing I'm not going to be a regular customer. Very happy to know a garage that can be trusted! I will be sending my local friends there for sure. Thanks to Ian at DeRosa Auto.

I wanted to write a review saying that the staff at Derosa goes above and beyond all expections of customer service and workmanship. I am so impressed with the service, that I had to write a review. It is rare you get people who are willing to go the extra mile, send you a newsletter updating you on information some of us would not know otherwise. The owners pick their mechanics well and all of them are amazing, so if you want great service, go here!
