Great Service

Brought my car to Levett after receiving a ridiculous quote from a competing shop. Friendly and knowledgable staff fixed the problem and had my car ready on time and at the price that was quoted. I would definitley use them again.

You are better off going to the dealer!

Customer service is non existent for the second you walk in, you as the customer must hi to them and the receptionists stare back at you like "What do you want?" I went in for an alignment based on another mechanic shop's recommendation. I called and asked about the cost of an alignment they quotes $82.95. When I went in there is a sign that says 2-wheel alignment $82.95 (most vehicles). My car is a honda civic. They got me to fill out a form saying what work I want done and I check marked front wheel alignment. An hour later when the work was done, the bill was $139.94 which is $30 more than what the north shore honda dealership charges for a 4 wheel alignment. When I expressed my concern to Dave, it got the "too bad, not going to do anything about it now" and he walked off. Never again. I went back to the mechanic shop that referred me and let them know not to send anyone to these rude people that lack integrity.
