Order did not arrive complete. After 3 phone calls and being hung up on they gave a $5 dollar off next order coupon. Told them to shove the pizza up their arse. Will never order again as they don't care about their mistakes. Once they have your money your done.

Burned pizzas! wrong order! No refund or offer of new pizzas 2 times now. Manager refused replacement order. DO NOT BUY FROM PANAGO IN PORT ALBERNI!!!

This looks like a fraudulant negative review. Panago has conveyor ovens, so pizzas can't be burned because it's not possible to leave them in the oven. Also I am the manager and I have never told someone that we wouldn't replace or at least give credit for a mistake. This is simply untrue. If it was true than it was not the manager and I would want to know what employee pretended to be and refused to fix the problem.
