I have nothing bad to say about buying your vehicle from here, that was a great experience! But the service department has NO clue how to operate! I've wasted my time twice now trying to get a simple oil change done! Unless you live in the area it's not a convenient location to get to! After hearing an ad on the radio about them and how they don't charge any extra fees/buying a car should be pain free etc... Believe me, our experience was anything but pain free and those non-existent fees: Not worth the interest rate and inflated asking prices. Let's just say you won't be saving any money through them and if you think you are, take a closer look at the contract they want you to sign.
