My wife and I bought our "NEW" 2015 Journey which was anything BUT new. It was a demonstration vehicle and from day one have had problems. Every time we call the service department to have our problems taken care of we have to schedule up to two weeks away. The engine light came on yesterday and we can only get it looked at in ten days time. As this is our only car, we can't get any transportation except a drop off at the office.
