Honestly, Im sorry that I have to even leave this post. I just need to let the company how I felt about the experience. You sent me 3 movers whos favorite line was yea, we dont do that. Then why are you making promises you clearly cant keep? Why do you send someone to my house to give me a quote then after you send your movers who cant actually do anything…? I paid $2000 to move just boxes… they didnt pack the TVs, waste of money.

TERRIBLE COMPANY, TERRIBLE SERVICE

terrible service, terrible company. have SO many reasons why, but easily the most egregious is that they charged us for 750 cu. ft, yet we only have 450 cu. ft of goods. So, they've known about the $2500 overcharge for over 2 months, have acknowledged it as we have full documentation, yet STILL have not refunded it. We've emailed Ron a dozen times, yet he's still dragging his heels. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

EXCELLENT MOVING SERVICE

We recently used LaPorte when moving from one home to another. The service was excellent - we used their packers for china, crystal, etc and everything arrived at our new home in perfect condition. And the moving team were outstanding - Chad and his team were the best. They had a good sense of humor, which really helps during the stressful time of moving, but at the same time were professional and efficient. Great job all around.

Great move

The Laporte movers were great - they accomplished the difficult task of getting the beds to the upstairs bedrooms which was a very tight fit. None of our things were damaged which is always a plus. Definitely a worthwhile service.

Thanks LaPorte -- You made a long day seem not too bad. The three movers that took us from old door to new door were great. They even had a sense of humor! Even though one of the pieces of furniture had to go out a bedroom window and down one storey to the truck, the guys got us out on schedule for the new owners to move in on time.
