Would give it a zero if I could. Slid my brother in laws’s car along a concrete pillar WITH a parking pass displayed. AND he still had to pay for the tow...
---WORST TOW COMPANY EVER!!!!!!!! ---
Towed my 2006 BMW 525i with a parking pass visible in window.
COMPLETELY destroyed the rear end of my car. I mean mangled.
I parked beside a large concrete pillar that supports the underground parking lot. As they are located every two parking spots, you cannot avoid them.
The tow truck driver then dragged my car into the concrete pillar. Then he makes contact, and decides it's a smart idea to keep pulling my car.
Thus, my rear bumper is ripped in h
Terrible experience with this company. Very unprofessional and impolite. One of the employees was yelling at me during the entire conversation which was unnecessary.
One of the most belligerent and aggressive attitudes of a tow company I've ever had to displeasure of dealing with.
It seems that in order to retain your vehicle, they will request documents proving ownership and release forms not required by any other company in the lower mainland. I've forwarded almost 20 documents to prove my vehicle is under my possession and control. Still charging me every day while I try to sort this out.
I have not used their service but after seeing one of the employees driving to work at excessive speeds on River Road I would have to say that have no idea of public safety. When I stop to see if I could get a license plate number. The driver was very verbally abusive before enter the employee entrance.
