Receptionists have very poor attitude
I just want to ask a question about my baby's immunization shots. The first receptionist was very impatient. She didn't even wait until I finish my question. She just interrupted me by "hold on". Then, another person answered the phone. Again, I was rudely interrupted by "hold on". Then, the second person just hang up. Very rudely. Bad experience. I understand that they might be busy. But there is no excuse to treat a customer like this.
