Don't know what happened to generate the negative review I saw here - when I went in yesterday to replace my lost/stolen Driver's Licence I needed no appointment, there was no line-up, the service was charming and super-efficient. Can't say enough nice things - thank you!

Unsettling and unnerving experience. Duncan office should be studied for its excellence. Sidney and McKenzie office is like going to a bad dentist. Cringe worthy customer service. They call asking a question harassment. No over sight. Scary.
