Can I give no stars? Bottom line do not use this guy - Hal. In my case I had to involve the cops because he claimed he could tow and fix my vehicle, but instead called me to tell me that he learning from Google about how to fix the vehicle, and then ultimately decided not to do the job after I asked 100% guarantee that he could fix it, but still try and charge me for it. Take my word, find a professional. Hal is not a professional.

called him to have a broken down car towed, gave him the address of where the car was to be taken to, where a friend was going to look at the car to see what was wrong with it as a special favour on their own time and days off, but ended up left hanging as Hal didnt deliver the car, gave me the run around , made excuses then wouldnt answer his phones. I had no idea where the car was for over 12hrs. He is oblivious the situation, charges too much, HORRIBLE attitude

I called 6 tow companies. I needed a tow from Delta to Richmond. When I called this company the guy asked what pricing I got around town. Everyone was between $80-$100. The guy called me a liar and said it was more like $180 then hung up on me!?! How could anyone run a business this way. He is rude and overpriced. All the other tow places I called where happy to give me an estimated price. Someone who doesn't care about their job won't care about your car. Be careful.
