Went in for nail removal and she literally took a piece of plastic and began shoving it under my nail ripping off my acrylic. Cut me twice with pliers. I had to beg her to stop ripping them off and to soak them off then she just drilled them off partially and said we’re done. Go to pay and I see it was $10 on the website which is why I chose this cheap place, and she charged me $16 and when I asked about it she just mumbled something under her breath and handed me the machine.... never again

This place is filthy! Dirty equipment & crawling with cock roaches

Inconsistent

The first time I tried them out, I got a full set of clear acrylics. There was one other client in the store besides me and she was getting a French acrylic set but her nail tech was having problems so MY nail tech had to help her. I had to wait for 15 minutes before she got back to me. Anyway, I got my full set with polish on top and I was really happy with them. Kim did a very good job as my set lasted me 5 weeks then I had no time to get a fill so I picked them off. I decided to go back to get a new set but Kim wasn't working. It was the tech that was having problems the first time I was there. Her name is Michelle. She did a very poor job on my acrylics, the filing, the texture, thickness and even polish application was horrible! It's only been a week and a half and all my nails have lifted or broke off completely. I am so not impressed!
