Worst customer service I’ve experienced in a LONG time. Went in to get wheels retourqed as advised when I purchased 4 new tires from a big o tire location elsewhere. I got a lecture on how wheel nuts do not need to be retourqed . To make an appointment ( they don’t answer phone ) I think he needs to retire.

We suggest rather than parking in the driveway and expecting immediate service, to make an appointment like the wise, non-narcissistic customers that were in cue ahead of you. Always being in a hurry or 'not wanting to wait' might be a glimpse into something deeper. If you believe others should ACT the way YOU EXPECT, the quality of your public-interactions are likely to suffer as they seem to have in this case. p.s. did you tip your last tire guy? The Service Industry works hard for you.
