When craving Mexican food, Las Margaritas is the ultimate Vancouver destination. From the outside the restaurant screams authentic, with bright colours and a top-notch patio that somehow make the nachos and margaritas taste even better. Inside, the colourful décor, mix of flavours and spices and tequila-based drinks are sure to be a hit with any member of the family.
Las Margaritas was established in 1980 and was purchased in 1994 by California native Dan Rodriguez and his wife. Dan started in the industry working as a dishwasher, then after already owning several successful Mexican restaurants in Europe, Dan and his wife decided to establish themselves in Vancouver and bought Las Margaritas. “I took over the existing restaurant and put my stamp on it. I changed the exterior, the interior, and basically just kept the name,” says Dan.
Our hand fried tortilla chips and fresh salsa are available at every table.

Guacamole
A fresh avocado dip made with tomatoes, onions,
cilantro and chiles. Served with tortilla chips.
House Nachos
Two crispy corn tortillas layered with refried beans,
melted edam, cheddar and mozzarella cheese, sour
cream and fresh guacamole. Garnished with diced
tomatoes then cut into quarters.
Nachos Locos
Corn Tortilla chips covered with cheese, olives, green
peppers and jalapeño slices. Topped with salsa and
sour cream.

Nachos Rancheros
Tortilla chips covered with black beans, melted
cheese, salsa, tomatoes, lettuce, and green onions,

A pound of chicken wings coated with herbs & spices,
then deep-fried crisp & served with both sweet
jalapeño salsa & chipotle chile dip.
Ceviche
White fish marinated in fresh lime juice and mixed
with tomatoes, white onions, cilantro, green olives and
jalapeño peppers. Served with tortilla chips.
