Venez déguster un délicieux repas chez The Wine Bar. Vous pouvez vous y rendre facilement par voiture. Ils sont établis dans un quartier ou vous trouverez d'autre parcs.
With False Creek and the Quayside Marina right across the street, everyone from the business person to the hipster millennial can be found imbibing rare and unique wines along with crispy calamari, beef poutine and pommes frites at TWB - The Wine Bar.
Something happens to people, and to the way they eat, when they are near the waterfront. The ice-cold cocktail seems to go down better, the wine tastes smoother and the whole experience is that much more special. Men and women mingle and chat…it’s just an atmosphere you can’t seem to get enough of. It’s no wonder the hotspot on this waterfront is TWB .
The man behind the vision is the award-winning executive chef/proprietor Jean-Francis Quaglia of Provence Marinaside. In 2012, he decided to morph an under-utilized area of the restaurant and convert it into a wine bar. “We were using this space to sell Bites to Go, to prep ingredients or to use for private parties,” says Jean-Francis. “But we never seem to have a clear vision as to what to do with the extra space.”
In 2012, he had an ah ha moment. Riding the popularity wave of the wine bar, the intimate 44-seat wine bar (20 inside and 24 on the year-round patio) opened its doors and people came.
