    We have been using Aaron for over a decade and their team is very professional, they know their stuff and they get it done efficiently.

    Worst service I have ever received my 2016 taxes still aren't filed and they keep telling me they will be done soon. They were due a year ago!

    Lack of Service and Integrity

    No care in the details. Did not own up to making a mistake on a tax return. I had to take time out of my day and go down to the office to prove that there was indeed an error on the tax returns. T1 adjustments that should have done immediately was left for over a week with a time sensitive situation. Overall, disappointed with the level of service and ownership of the situation.
