terrible company, terrible service. I was supposed to receive my couch on September 3rd, and nothing. I called on September 7th to have updates since it didn't show anything on their website with the tracking number and they said it would probably be delivered the next day. Next thing I know, when I looked on their website again, it says that it has been delivered on Sept 7 (NO!). Then they say they still have it and since, nothing! No couch yet!

Bought a mattress online and they shipped through Frontier SCS. Estimated delivery date was not accurate, so I stayed at home for no reason, wasting an entire day - despite their website/tracking saying "out for delivery". Called their HQ's multiple times and no answer received.

So I bought an item from ebay and frontier was the delivery service which I had no idea that they existed until last week. Mind you I've gotten thousands of parcels from all over the world. They delivered the parcel whenever they felt like, no warning, no calls ahead just in case we have jobs. No slip like canada post to pick it up and they lied saying they came twice, they came once. I could have walked to the ebay sellers house and back by now.

Frontier SCS has had my Lowes product (from California to Toronto) for 6 days. They do not offer a reasonable window of time for delivery as other delivery services do; they only state that the delivery will take place between 9 and 5 pm. ALSO they refuse to call ahead to let you know they'll be arriving in say, an hour or 2. They simply refuse. They stated that their delivery persons don't have cell phones. WHAT??!!
