$15,000 for a thin layer of unprepared soil, sods, landscape fabric and edging, seven young bushes and prairie grass, black gravel, and three small landscaping lights. Ground was not properly prepared, soil layer was not thick enough nor properly leveled, sods were not laid tight, requested boulders and got large rocks. It was a rush job for the home builder and it showed. Two years later, half the lawn is dead due to the improperly prepared ground. Not even Green Drop could help. Avoid.
