Double Charges Uses Outside Party to Fix Cars

took car in and was double billed for services not required! They took car to outside shop to get fixed and add extras to get their profits as well. Do unnecessary repairs, charge you, then you bring car back and they send elsewhere to get fixed properly! Question up-to-date knowledge of new cars > when was their individual auto repair license granted, in the 80's? Cars are now computerized and obvious they can only fix cars for minor repairs!!!
