    Very disappointed. Dropped it off first thing in the morning for a safety. At the end of the day they called and said they were backed up and hadn’t gotten to it could they do it the next day. Thankfully I didn’t need it the next day. Next morning they call to inform me they can’t do the job. Turns out they were totally able to do the job. Took me a couple phone calls to get them do the job. Then the shop couldn’t clarify what parts failed. And most important, they missed the failed strut
