We've been ordering from this particular location for over 2 years. We've moved to an area of Moncton called Pine Tree Mini Homes, and in the last 2 weeks we've had delivery here 3 times. Today we went online to place an order and within 2 minutes we got a phone call from the ordering call center saying that they got a phone call from the manager who told them to notify us that they will not deliver here. We in turn asked for the store number and called to speak with the manager. The manager advised us that we were out of deliver range and that we "got lucky" the last 3 times we were able to get delivery out here. However we were told by the last delivery driver that they deliver to magnetic hill as well as out by the airport in dieppe...but they wont drive the extra 5 minutes from their "zone" to deliver to a long time customer and about 1000 other potential customers in this park? We called the head office to complain and they were appauled that the manager refused us service and would be escallating to someone higher up than them to get this rectified. Even if it is rectified, we probably wont order from them again just out of principle that they put 5 minutes of drive time in front of a long time and good paying customer, ESPECIALLY since our orders are always in the 30 dollar or more range. Horrible, horrible customer service.
