Ups has failed to deliver a parcel four times. The first time we were out, the next three times we were at home all day yet no parcel. Each time we were charged $2.11, as if it was our fault. Today took the cake. At 3:15 I was talking to an Amazon delivery person in our driveway. Imagine our surprise to get an email from UPS telling us we were not at home shortly after this. Impossible to talk to someone, always an automated message when you callUPS. What happened to this firm?
