Animal Medical Centre

We used AMC for about 30 years but the past 5 have been garbage. Rude reception staff at the since closed reserve branch. Horrible bookkeeping (tried to charge us for a cremation when we were told it was free since she was cremated with other dogs, we received many letters/calls for money, reminding us of our loss) She had a tumor, untreated because it took 4 months to get her in to see a vet. We're adopting a new dog to keep our other dog company & get this, they HAVE NO RECORD OF OUR DOG!!!

I have been a client of AMC, formerly Kennedy’s for the last 25 to 30 yrs. In the last six months I have had a serious diagnosis for my dog completely missed, and waited two weeks for an appointment with owner Dr. Rozee only to be told he didnthave time to see me that day. My cat was well treated for the ulcer on his eye at a different clinic, without the two week wait. Way too much drama for me. Too much emphasis on ego and money. Some good staff that deserve praise. Would not reccomend them.
