The restaurant, is casual, but upscale (e.g. wonderful decorations, nice colors). Sadly, I do miss the larger tea pots that they used to have, but our server did bring me a fresh (small stainless steel--norm) pot of tea. Thank you Todd!

I ordered the 1/2 chicken dinner with caesar salad (1 side included for approx. $10.99..I believe), while my husband enjoyed their hot chicken sandwich--loaded with chicken. One improvement: although I enjoyed snacking from his plate (great fries smothered in gravy), and liked the gravy..he did not, but it came with the best serving of vegetables ever, that I have ever seen on a hot chicken sandwich..so you get your money's worth with the hot chicken sandwich (one gal had a chicken club wrap which we want to try on our next visit).
I hope you like this restaurant as much as I do. Years ago, we almost invested in Swiss Chalet, but sadly, we did not. We do miss having Harvey's..yes, we are confirmed Swiss Chalet chicken eaters, for life! Enjoy! eb
