Adrian is a total scammer. My real estate agent recommended him so I used him. He seemingly did a thorough run through the house, and said there were no issues. Come to find, there’s a huge leak in the basement, no running water to the bathtub, and a bunch of electrical stuff needs redoing. He won’t answer my calls, emails, texts, or my realtors. Terrible. Steer clear

Adrian seemed like a great inspector at first. As first time home buyers we thought he was thorough and knowledgeable. It turns out, he missed a number of significant issues with the home. When we tried to contact him afterwards all of his promises of being available if we needed anything turned out to be lies. No responses to emails, calls or text messages. I would not recommend Adrian to anyone who wants to ensure they are in good hands with their home purchases.

I would not recommend. I had an appointment booked weeks in afvance and no one showed. Called that day and no one answered or bothered returning my message. Got ahold of someone few days later and was told they did knee surgery and never would have booked an appointment with me that day. I sincerely needed help and was left in a bind at the last minute due to the no show. Disappointed and would not recommend.
