Brought my TV there to be repaired about 3 months ago, was told they were able to fix it and that we needed to leave a $20 deposit that will go towards fixing the TV. Our TV was NOT repaired at all as they could not find a replacement part and after having to go back for it we were told that our $20 deposit was not being refunded as it was to hold the TV which he did not inform us at the time of leaving the deposit otherwise I would have found a better place. Overall very petty service!

had my microwave repaired there, very good service. i had no idea places like this existed. saved me on having to buy a new one , especially at this time of year. very please with the service thank you

i really don't think they know what there doing, lame excuses on why its not repaired, do not recommend

i had a power sur...

i had a power surge at my house last week, my TV went out and so did my receiver. i took it to these guy up on Westney, i got a call the next day with both estimates, the TV was around 300$ and the receiver around 160$ plus those dreadful taxes of course. which is reasonable considering i paid more than triple for it. i was able to pick up the TV the same day(great, Mayweahter fight:)), and the receiver was done for monday. very good service, i even picked up a refurbish TV for my daughter.

We had an old fam...

We had an old family record player that we wanted fixed as a gift for my birthday in December of ‘13. They said they could fix it. Weeks passed, and then months, all the while they were in possession of our record player. They weren’t able to repair a December project by January, February, March, April, May, June or July. We finally got it back in August. They were over their heads with this project, as a result we were footed with an expensive bill to pay in advance. Do not go to these guys.
