One Health Family Practice, Urgent Care & Walk-In Clinic

I am a patient at this clinic for about 5 years and I have never had a bad experience, the doctors are professional, there is walk in clinic where there is never a long wait so if my doctor is not available I can see someone else, the location has a a lab, a pharmacy, and all sort of other specialized practices in the same building. Also, plenty of free parking.

UNPROFESSIONAL UNEMPATHETIC HORRIBLE INCOMPETENT Dharini should not be practicing, she lacks basic compassion. Never consider her while choosing your doctor. I was refused to be seen &asked to reschedule because I was late by a few minutes inspite of apologizing.The staff was least supportive and offered no consideration. Had to leave the clinic in pain. Goes to show how unfit this doctor is. Don’t ever go to her unless you are ok with being mistreated n discriminated. ZERO star rating

Arriving 5 minutes late, driving from work in Toronto, the Doctor refused to see me and asked me to reschedule. I even mentioned that I am ready to reduce my visit time and would be ready to see her for 5-10 mins only but was refused. This is insane, inconsiderate and unsympathetic. I would not recommend Dr Dharini to anyone.

This ckinic has the best family doctors anywhere in Ontario that I have lived, I saw Dr. Mariella Ferrerya and she was excellent. She shown compassion and empathy for my illness and even called my home to check up on me, I compare all my doctors since I moved to this lady and they have all fallen short

Unprofessional and disappointing.

I was lucky enough to get into this practice as a patient. Only to have a doctor who was homophobic and not very helpful. Aside from the doctor himself. I recently tried to make an appointment to see said homophobic doctor only to be told he'd left the practice and that none of the other doctors were accepting his patients. I and disgusted that they were not professional enough to inform his patients of his departure. Now I am not without a doctor. If looking for a doctor. Go elsewhere!!!!!

I recently moved to the area and found One Health Care! I'm so happy! The Doctor I saw there showed a lot of compassion towards me. The staff really took care of me too. Thank you One Health!

I think the nurse...

I think the nurse Maraline is owner of that place every other staff is good but she is so rude. She actually need to learn manners how to talk . I went to see Dr in walk in and lady at reception said Dr Takker is going to see me, I went in and the nurse was so rude she came and told me that now she Dr is done for today so someone else will see you. I asked her that I have only one question to ask about medicine but she was constantly misbehaving. If you guys are so desperate to go home why you take patients. If you are taking them then they should have right to at least talk to Dr . I will take this matter to ministry of health and see what's outcome .

Horrible clinic. ...

Horrible clinic. Poor experience time and time again. Do not know why I even tried to go there again. Only because it is close to my house. Called earlier in the day to see when I could come in to see a dr. I was advised to come in before 5pm and did so only to be told the doctors are not seeing anyone else - and the place was empty. Ridiculous. I did my part... only to be told I cannot see anyone.
