If I could give less then 1 star I would. Non compliant with covid protocol. Manager has zero training. Terrible customer service. Made an order at 5:04pm paid for order in person at 5:50. Food was to be ready at 5:34. We then were told food was NOT ready and to wait in the car. Even with persistent asking for our food, our order, which was 100$, was given to us at 6:53pm. Manager refused to speak with us. When home, noticed we were missing majority of meal. STAY AWAY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
I went to this location with a family of five , It was the most embarrassing night I have experienced .The waitress caused a scene and backed away from our table as if we have a virus even though my husband mentioned the kids have a SMALL cold.She immediately started saying things about having to touch our dirty napkins. The manager didn’t even have the audacity to do anything about the situation and offered us $20 for the $130 value of the food and a night of embarrassment.
Meals were cold after we asked for them to be hot as we had issues before. Men's washroom was unhygienic. paper towel dispenser not working, used towels all over the floor, toilet constantly running, faucet very loose not working. Didn't complain at the time because my 2 year old was acting up so we barely were able to enjoy our cold meals. Spoke with manager on phone very rude and full of excuses.
20 mins no one took our order and not even drinks offered. We asked for someone to take our order and waited another 10 mins. We walked out. Spoke to the manager he didnt seem to care
It is a tradition to go to Swiss Chalet for my sister's birthday every year. Needless to say - we've been to a lot of restaurants, and a lot of Swiss Chalet's! But we were so impressed with the service - we thought we should rate it online. The manager came by to make sure our meal was satisfactory, all the servers were friendly and helpful, and they helped us celebrate her birthday spectacularly! They were very kind, and it was a very clean and nicely decorated Swiss Chalet.
You can't go wrong with Swiss Chalet for a dinner with wife and kiz. They have recently changed the menu to Christmas seasonal and now serve a different bun on the burgers which are go way better than the old ones. Whatever they are still cheap and give kidz free refill. The Chicken meal/burger is outstanding and cheap.
