Too expensive

Just way over priced for what you get, the place was empty and had a weird smell, products I have found in my local grocery store, expected more. Server was in no way friendly has an attitude and gratuity is input in the bill tea and scones for 2 cost us $23.97, wow!!

Just Like Home

It was all delicious! We all thoroughly enjoyed our lunch and tea very much! It brought back memories for my Mum and my Gran with a tremendous intimate atmosphere . We will definately return whenever we are in Barrie. The staff could not be more hospitable! They were friendly and very accommodating. The English imported groceries brought back so many childhood memories we could not help ourselves! We loved it! Thank You

Worst British restaurant EVER

I can not believe that this place is even open, the food was horrible, the service is a joke, the old ladies were moody and very unfriendly, the waiting for our food was so long and to have food that tasted and looked like a left over was nothing shot of disappointing, there was some kind of spot that looked like mold on the cheese cake, we did get another piece but of course i didn't eat it, and they charged us for it even after we found that, any other place would never serve moldy food and on top charge it, what a nightmare, over priced and just not good at all. I gave 1 star because i have no choice.

A Very Lovely Lunch!

After reading the negative reviews, we decided to go to Campbells and see for ourselves. I am glad we didn't pay attention to those certain reviews. We all thoroughly enjoyed our lunch and tea very much! It was all delicious! It brought back memories for my Mum and my Gran when they were buying their British food to bring home. We will definately return whenever we are in Barrie. The staff could not be more hospitable! They were friendly and very accommodating! We loved it! Thank you ladies!

wow, weren't we disappointed with this place, over priced cucumber sandwiches(all the have is sandwiches) and very poor service, tea came cold and wrong, when I complained the waitress argued with we that that's what I ordered and did not change it, my desert was frozen solid, again waitress told me thats how the desert was served, inexcusable, not to mention that the tables are so close together it's nearly impossible to sit without being snug against the table or even walk around them, the place also had a funky smell not sure what it was but not pleasant at all, I would never go back.
