Deluxe Taxi

Nearly got knocked down on a crosswalk by a Deluxe Taxi driver but when he saw me in the crosswalk he stopped! A yellow light did not deter him from stopping! When I called the dispatcher to ask for management to lodge a complaint she didn’t seem quite concerned! All she said was call back Monday or call Barrie Police!

its a ok cab company issues that are said are based on a driver(s) that dont care be patient there is alot more better drivers with them then the crabby ones ive taken them a few times and gotten a few bad that dont care anymore and alot more that do care they do get busy on certain days of the month dont take there heads off for telling you a time and then being late for that time they have to attend to everyone

Haven't used a taxi in years but had to use twice today. Booked in advance. Dispatcher was nice to deal with. Drivers arrived on time. Cab was decent. Drivers were pleasant and friendly. Paid cash and got seniors discount. Overall, I am pleased with Deluxe Taxi.

My dad LLOYD Wilson started Deluxe taxi on Clappton in 1950 and it was the only taxi in barrie and the Deluxe Taxi is going great and they have more driver and cabs and to me the company is doing a good job that l rate it a 5 stars

I left a bag in a cab tonight and they found it and brought it to me. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Anytime I've used this service I have had a lot of fun talking with the drivers. Very nice people

this company kept me waiting over a hour and then when I call back they said they too busy in Barrie to come and pick me up. Poor service for Innisfil.
