Great Atmostphere

My family and i visited Blue Mountain resort this summer and just loved Wild Wing. The service staff was friendly as well and helpfull. the food was good, it's deep fried not a lot of healthy options other then salad or wraps, but we went for the wings anyways. I was a very busy week and the place was full, we waited for a table but they have a pager system in place and were very friendly to deal with. As well the manager of the resturant made a point to come to our table and see how we were making out. overall a great experience. if we visit the blue mountains again we will be back.

Worst Service Ever!!

I normally would never even bother to write a review online, but a couple of friends and I went for wings the other day and we litterally received the worst service in history. Our waitress (Amanda) was extremely rude and basically ignored us the entire time. We had to flag her down if we needed anything and when we finally got her attention she acted like we were the biggest pain to her. She had the HUGEST attitude! She was more interested in chatting with her friend then serving us. Everytime we flagged her down for something she seemed to ignore us more and move even slower. In this type of economy it blows me away that people like this are still employed. When my friend asked her for napkins she actually snorted at him! Truely unbelieveable! We will never go back again. I'd rather go to Kaytoo, the food might not be great but at least the servers are friendly and "act" happy to see you.

I would not recommend eating anything, other than the wings. I've tried their salads and wraps more than once and they are very plain, not worth spending the money on. Ive eaten heremore thanonce, it has not beenoverly busy. As soon as you walk in no one greets you. Very rude, unwarm and unwelcome service. That is the worse part of eating here. It is not bad for take out, but if you are wanting to eat in, where there is great service, I would not ever bother again.

This place was not a good dining experience for us. We decided to eat here because we wanted fingerfoods for lunch. We sat on the patio, and it was full of wasps flying around. The waitress we got didn't even pay attention to us, and another waitress had to come up and ask us if we've been served yet. It took a long time for our order to come out; even the table beside us were complaining that their orders were taking long as well. My fish and chips came with tartar sauce in a plastic peel back container, it wasn't even home made. The waitress forgot to bring out our order of sweet potato fries, and she ended up grabbing someone elses order becuase the cook came out and asked her where the fries went for the take out, and she said, I gave it to this table. The waitress serving the table beside us told their table that it was busy in the restaurant and that they were turning people away. When we went to pay, the restaurant was nearly empty. I think they were short staffed in the kitchen. Overall, i wouldn't come back to eat at this place; the food wasn't even all that good.
