Worst Customer Service.

I had a car accident and the driver told me they would tow it anywhere I would like, and yet they have still failed to send my vehicle to the destination I chose. worst customer service - they say they are RBC insurance preferred towing, well I certainly hope once I am done with this accident claim they will be no longer " PREFERRED".

Hi Tasha, We apologize that you feel this way regarding our services. But if i remember correctly, this vehicle was not delivered to your preferred destination due to the fact that there was a mix-up between the insurance adjustor and the body shop you wanted to go to. Furthermore, the vehicle was deemed a total loss and the insurance company decided to just leave the vehicle with our facility and then have it removed by the salvage auction. This process was completed without any issues since this is normal procedures when a vehicle is written off. Once again, We apologize for any troubles you may have gone through, but in the future remember there are many different people involved in a vehicle claim and sometimes miscommunications can happen. Unfortunately I was involved in a accident. The tow operator was very helpful. The shop did an incredible job repairing my vehicle, it looks brand new. Highly recommend the services! Thank you for all of you help!
