Always have a great experience coming in here. Melissa always makes for a great experience when we go in were always searching for her. Atmosphere is fantastic and when we dont know what to eat we always get great recommendations. Never disappointed!
Went there with girlfriends for a late lunch.... got there waited in the lobby for 7 minutes for someone to seat us... no one did so we went to the bar and sat near the bartender. We asked if it was okay to sit where we motioned to, she just shrugged us off. We sat there for another 5 minutes waiting for her to serve us but she completely ignored us. So we got up and went back to the lobby (she saw us but paid no attention) to see if we could find a waiter to seat us in the main dining room. When no one came we sat ourselves near another family (there was only 1 other group in the dining area) thinking that their waiter would be by soon. Finally saw someone putting out cutlery and asked if we could get menus and a waiter. So she brought us the menus and told us our server would be with us shortly, but got our drinks in the meantime. The we hear her go over to the bartender to tell her that she needed to serve us. Well GREAT, the bartender is the first person we wanted! We heard the bartender bark back at her "I'm too busy!"
I felt bad for the lady that was helping us.... she came back and took our order telling us that the waitress was a bit busy.
After that all we heard was the two of them arguing and the bartender angrily venting about who knows what (and we shouldn't need to know because it shouldn't have happened in the first place). I don't know what her problem was.
At the end of the lunch, the bartender threw our receipt down and said "uhhh I don't know if this is yours... but yeah... here... I don't know..." and walked away.
The three of us just looked at eachother stunned. You don't work in an environment that requires you to put on a happy face if you can't do it. Horrible experience.
I spoke with the manager later and he was very pleasant to speak to, but I can't get over the attitude and disgusting service we received. I love going there and love their food... but it was so inexcusable.
Sunday Night Dinner with friends and we waited over 50 min. just to get wings! It was not a busy night, maybe seven other people in the place. Not sure what took so long. It was not worth the wait.

It was my daughters birthday and she wanted to go to Kelsey's because my granddaughter likes when they sing the Flintstones Birthday song. I made reservations for 6 p.m. so they knew we were coming in. Dinner took about 45 minutes to get to us. Drinks were missed, and never received. During dinner my granddaughter and I asked the staff if they could sing the Happy Birthday song because she and her 2 little girlfriends were excited. They told my granddaughter yes, one waiter even gave her a high 5 for picking the song. We waited forever for the waitress to return, when she finally did we ordered tea, coffee, desert and they told me they would bring my daughter's desert in and sing the song. My granddaughter kept telling her mom we had a nice surprise for her. Well the tea and coffee came, 40 minutes later which was now after 8 p.m. the waitress came with all the desserts and said to my daughter that they were too busy to sing Happy Birthday to her. I was so angry, they embarrassed my daughter in front of her family and friends and they made my granddaughter cry. After the long wait we were all just stunned. The waitress could have come to me personally and told me that there was a problem and I would have told her to just put some sparklers on the cake and we would have sang Happy Birthday to her, it would at least have been something. Will I ever go back, never, nor will any of my family, I will make sure of that. The Bolton Kelsey's is the worst of any Kelsey's I have ever been in. They are slow, the food was cold and they ruined what started out during the day as a nice Birthday. Its not like we can do it over again. They had lots of staff on because their patio was also open and I am sure they could have gotten at least 2 of the staff members to sing or they could have handled it a little more discreetly. Never again.

We came here specifically because we knew that a birthday song would be sung - my grandson was 3 today and we told him there would be a surprise at the end of the meal - we were told by the waiter that they could not do it as there were only 2 waiters on - but we counted 4 - it was not that busy and for him to have done it would have meant the difference between a birthday dinner or just a dinner - I have been in the service business all my life and this was poor service - they just could not be bothered - shame on you
The new menu was really nice with a lot of choices. My sandwich was really good however the ceasar dressing was lacking in taste. The service was great and very quick. I believe the girl's name was Nikki. I have been to this restaurant in the past and had banned it from my places to eat in Bolton. I am glad to say that it is back on my list.
I have been to this restaurant three times. I thought I would give it another chance, and it only recently opened. However, the last time i frequented the restaurant, was as bad as the last. The service was fine, not overly amazing, but fine nonetheless. I like Kelseys, but not the Bolton location. I found the food took over an hour to come to our table as well, and when it did come, it was not even hot. Also, when we ordered wings, we ordered them mild, and instead they gave us super super hot ones. We complained to the waitress, who came back and apologized and said that the kitchen made a mistake. The restaurant just seems unorganized as a whole.
This was my 4th time at Kelsey's. All 4 times, the service was sooooo slow. We waited a full hour before I received cold food. My 6-year-old daughter was so hungry, we had to buy her some candy while waiting. My wife's food was also cold. This is not a one-time occurrence. The service or kitchen staff are so slow, they should not be running a restaurant.

This was by far the worst dining experience of my eating life. My friends fries were still frozen, I ordered the chicken ceaser salad and I received 3 leaves of lettuce..terrible. The server disappeared, we sat there with empty glasses the entire evening..
I will never return, they didn't even attempt to correct the situation.

After several attempts at getting in, the wait certainly wasn`t worth it. After putting in our order, we waited 70mins before being served. The waiter kept coming over and telling us our order will be here momentarily, but to no avail. Once we received our order they had totally screwed up th order. The only compensation was a free refill of our drinks(pop) and that our wait could be another 20-30 mins. Well you can guess, we didn`t stay.
On a foot note, the waiter made a comment when we first got in, that it was a slow night. Go figure.
