    Charged 65% in Unjustified Costs - Rude & Unprofessional

    Completely unprofessional. Did not deliver correct amount of items and charged these items that they failed to deliver as missing. Items were not picked up and Tim's charged us additional delivery AND labour charges even though we called to inform them. Drove on our property and destroyed wooden lamps - no reimbursement. Overall, Tim's charged us 65% over our original order for unjustified costs despite proof that they were in the wrong. Susan was rude and unreasonable. Complaint filed with BBB.

    Great Experience! But.... not the Friendliest

    We needed some tables and chairs for an outdoor party and this was the most cost effective spot in the area! The staff at the store and on the phone weren't the most friendly but they got the job done. The delivery and pick-up were right on time and they even let us use the tables for a few extra days because they don't pick up on Sundays - this was a true added bonus!! Thanks so much for the speedy pick-up and delivery. It was appreciated!

    Sue and her staff...

    Sue and her staff are awesome!!! My family and I have rented from and purchased our party supplies from Tim's Party Centre for years. Some of the more memorable celebrations that Sue and her staff have assisted us with have been my wedding, my parents anniversary celebration and my daughters birthday parties. In my opinion there is no where else to shop. Sue and her staff are capable of helping you with any event, whether big or small. Pop in and see them. You won't be disappointed!!!

    Great Baloons & Service

    I have purchased baloons from Tim's Party Centre for years and the quality of the baloons has been great. They last for a couple of months. The ladies have always been very helpful and creative in the designs.
