The manager Simone was so rude towards us; I have never experienced such disgusting behaviour in my life. Simone yelled at us for merely asking for dessert after saying excuse me. Her reason was that her workers have other tables to wait on; we had been waiting for 15 minutes. After that she said dont have dessert and smacked the bill on our table. This was my first time at the Steeles location (I usually go to the Courtneypark or Financial Dr one as their service is amazing); dont go here
