I came in here at 3:30 and still waiting at 5:00. I was told everyone that came in after me and went in before me had an appt. Sitting here waiting endlessly. This is ridiculous if your going to let ppl that have appts after my time go in before then why take walks in.

RUDE, UNHELPFUL STAFF! Don't even bother going, you will wait forever and be treated as if you are a complete bother to them.

Don't risk inaccurate results by using this lab. I had a test done to evaluate my potential to be a kidney donor, and not only did they deliver someone else's test results to my doctor, but they called me a month later to say they couldn't process mine because they didn't ask my weight. A full month later!!! I have written to them to complain, but of course have received no response.
