if i could give zero stars i would. when you come in they tell you a wait time and you wait 30 minutes longer than that then when they finally seat you they hop from customer to customer trying to do both at the same time. ive had these nails on not even a week and they are already falling off. DO NOT GO
This is DAY 1! Of getting my nails. It hadn’t even been 24hrs and my nails look like this. I watched and observed, the lady was not doing a great job and the nails were bulky and they all look a different shape. I was charged 35 for these and they look disappointing. I have a trip in 2 days and i am not at all excited. Don’t go!
Their gel acrylic manicures hold up well. I’m 2.5 weeks into my second set with them and there are zero chips or cracks. I’m so impressed. Great quality and I will come back.

Hmm I read these reviews and still wanted to give them a try. It was bad. Eyebrows bad, shellac chipping and peeling. Told the woman to put on my top coat on toes and she didn't till I was leaving of course it smudged. Stay away.
I was jus here last night and sally did my nails. Today they broke and they where so fine. I went in today to see if they could fix it and they wouldn't only that one nail. The lady would accommodate me what's so ever and was rude. Horrible service I wouldn't recommend this too anybody. They must shut down immediately. Very disappointed. They don't give u back ur money back or even satisfie you about ur nails. Bad management. I will take this to the next step
Been doing my nails for years I has fake nails put on that are short and very thin the man says be carful they long they break easy.... they break easy because they are too thin I called 3 mins after I left to ask if they crack and they never repled to make matters worse the nails are so thin and not even the same lenth wow terrible notice there is not one good comment tells you enough
This establishment is the worst I have ever experienced. The service was extremely horrible. The person who provided the service (Sally) was rude and condosending. She did manicure and pedicure and did not offer to use base coating, I had to ask. Basic things that should have provided she said she does not do. After, a follow-up with the owner, he was rude and hang-up the phone. As a person of African descent,I have never seen such rude and poor service by a provider in the Service industry.
Wanted a nail place closer to home. Thought I'd try this location. Went on Sunday. Asked for Shellac manicure quoted $20 but 1hr wait. Came back Monday. Told 10min wait. Was left to soak my nails in acetone for 35mins! When painting my nails, she put the wrong color on my nails! Removed color AND shellac & just painted nails. Charged $40! Told was quoted $20. Charged $25 for Shellac, $5 for removal & $5 for different color. Asked Managers info - she would not give to me. No reply fr head office.
Walked in, they didn't let me know it would be an hour wait because they had 5-7 appointments ahead of me and 3 workers working. I waited AN HOUR (3 customers got up and left) and another lady with me was so frustrated. I was even expecting some sort of 5$ discount Atleast for waiting so long and not being the few not to leave but no. The lady was rough, my fingers bled in 2-3 different spots and she was like oh ok sorry, like she didn't get it the first time it started bleeding to take it easy. They charged 7$ for acrylic nail removal and when I explained in surprise that I had been to many nail salons and they all charged max 5$ she looked at me like I was crazy. When paying I paid in cash because everyone knows that if you pay in cash at ANY nail salon they will waive the tax fee but the man still made me pay the taxes; in disbelief I paid it of course. Overall I was very polite and respectful as is my nature, I waited out the hour to give them a chance but I did not have a great experience at all, the lady was slightly rude. Out of the many many salons I have been too all I have to say is, first and last time at this location!
